Im Artikel werden von Frauen verfasste Filmdrehbücher der 1910er Jahre im Russischen Kaiserreich chronologisch untersucht. Zunächst werden die ersten Drehbuchautorinnen Makarova und Tat’jana Suchotina-Tolstaja, die am Anfang der 1910er Jahre in Koautorschaft mit den bekannten Autoren (Makarova mit den Regisseur Vladimir Gončarov; Suchotina-Tolstaja mit ihrem Vater Leo Tolstoj) arbeiteten, und ihre Filme in Betracht gezogen. Dann wird der Film Ključi sčastʹja / Schlüssel zum Glück (Vladimir Gardin, Jakov Protazanov, 1913, Russisches Kaiserreich) nach dem Roman von Anastasija Verbickaja näher behandelt. Verbickajas Film demonstrierte, dass eine Drehbuchautorin eine selbständige Autorin sein kann und diente als Impuls für die Entwicklung der Frauenfilmdramaturgie im Russischen Kaiserreich, deren Aufschwung in der zweiten Hälfte der 1910er Jahre begann, und prägte bestimmte Erwartungen von auf weiblichen Drehbüchern basierenden Filmen. Maria Kallaš, die an den Drehbüchern zu den Verfilmungen des russischen literarischen Kanons 1913 arbeitete, kritisierte Verbickajas Text als pseudofeministisch und behauptete in ihrem Essay „Ženskie kabare“ („Frauenkabarett“), dass Frauenliteratur noch „keine eigene Sprache“ habe (1916). Anna Mar begann ihre Arbeit im Kino 1914, parallel zu Verbiсkajas Nachfolgerinnen, und konzentrierte sich in ihren Filmen auf die soziale Problematik – die Stellung moderner Frauen in der Gesellschaft. Damit eröffnete Mar eine neue Entwicklungsperspektive für das weibliche Drehbuchschreiben.

Die "Europäisch-jüdischen Studien" repräsentieren die interdisziplinär vernetzte Kompetenz des neuen "Zentrums Jüdische Studien Berlin-Brandenburg" (ZJS). Das Zentrum versammelt die wichtigsten Institutionen dieser Region, die sich mit Jüdischen Studien befassen - darunter die einschlägigen Universitäten und Einrichtungen in Berlin und Potsdam. Der interdisziplinäre Charakter der Reihe zielt insbesondere auf geschichts-, geistes- und kulturwissenschaftliche Ansätze sowie auf intellektuelle, politische und religiöse Grundfragen, die jüdisches Leben und Denken heute inspirieren und in der Vergangenheit beeinflusst haben. In den BEITRÄGEN werden exzellente Monographien und Sammelbändezum gesamten Themenspektrum Jüdischer Studien veröffentlicht. Die Reihe ist peer-reviewed. In den KONTROVERSEN werden grundlegende Debatten aufgenommen, die von zeitgenössischer und publizistischer Relevanz sind. Die Reihe ist peer-reviewed. In den EDITIONEN werden Werke herausragender jüdischer Autoren neu aufgelegt.
Brüche und Umbrüche

Einen Überblick über historische Veränderungen der Bedingungen, unter denen Frauen geschrieben haben, sollte eine Ringvorlesung vermitteln, die das Institut für Germanistik der Universität Potsdam in zwei Semestern der Jahre 2005/06 veranstaltete. Unter dem Titel »Lesen und Schreiben in Umbrüchen« macht der Lehrplan in Brandenburg und Berlin für die Sekundarstufe II mindestens zwei der drei Umbrüche von 1933, 1945 und 1989 verbindlich zum Gegenstand des Literaturunterrichts. Als Institut der einzigen lehrerbildenden Universität des Landes wollten wir nicht nur Vorschläge machen, welche Autoren sich zur Behandlung dieser Umbrüche des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts anbieten, sondern zum einen durch die Beschränkung auf weibliche Autoren in den Umbrüchen, der Veränderung gesellschaftlichen Verhältnisse, die Geschlechterverhältnisse hervorheben und über ihnen die Brüche in den Biographien nicht aussparen, zum anderen dem Blick auf die Umbrüche zwischen 1933 und 1989 durch eine Einbeziehung früherer Umbrüche historische Tiefenschärfe geben. Von der Französischen Revolution bis zur ›Wende‹ haben gesellschaftliche Umbrüche nicht nur das Leben weiblicher Autoren im Allgemeinen bestimmt, sondern auch ihr Schreiben als eine Auseinandersetzung mit ganz individuellen Brüchen.
„Protokolle oder Porträts?“ ist eine Genre-Frage, die sich bei Maxie Wanders „Guten Morgen, du Schöne“ angesichts des Untertitels der DDR-Ausgaben, „Protokolle nach Tonband“, nicht auf Anhieb stellt. Dass es sich trotz des anders lautenden Paratextes bei den 19 Frauengeschichten um Porträts handelt, belegt diese Magisterarbeit insbesondere durch die Rekonstruktion der Arbeitsweise der Autorin (II.2.2) und die Analyse der Übergänge zwischen Fiktionalem und Dokumentarischem in den Porträts „Petra“, „Lena“ und „Ruth“ (III.). Neben diesem textzentrierten Zugang wird auch der historische Kontext, in dem das Buch 1977 in der DDR, 1978 in der BRD erschien, beleuchtet. Wie wichtig ein kritischer Umgang mit der Lizenzausgabe „Guten Morgen, du Schöne. Frauen in der DDR. Protokolle. Mit einem Vorwort von Christa Wolf“ ist, zeigt die Analyse der ersten und zweiten DDR-Ausgabe im Vergleich mit der ersten, von Maxie Wander nicht-autorisierten, BRD-Lizenzausgabe, die zudem neue Hintergründe zur Entstehung und Publikation von „Guten Morgen, du Schöne“ offenlegt (II.3). Die – durch die Genre-Bezeichnung im Untertitel beeinflusste – Abwertung des Werkes in der BRD als „Dokumentarliteratur“ wird durch einen Forschungsüberblick zum Thema Dokumentarliteratur innerhalb der Bundesrepublik und – erstmals ausführlich – innerhalb der DDR verdeutlicht. Es treten gravierende Unterschiede in der Beurteilung von Dokumentarliteratur zutage. Indem „Guten Morgen, du Schöne“ in der Bundesrepublik in den Diskurs der „Frauenliteratur“ eingeordnet wird, wird es nochmals stigmatisiert (IV.). Ziel der Arbeit ist eine Aufwertung des Werkes „Guten Morgen, du Schöne“ und deren Autorin – nicht Herausgeberin – Maxie Wander. Die zentrale These, dass das Buch stark bearbeitet und fiktionalisiert worden ist, konnte durch Archivarbeit, Korrespondenzen mit der Nachlassverwalterin Maxie Wanders, Susanne Wander, und mit dem damaligen stellvertretenden Verlagsdirektor und Cheflektor des Buchverlags Der Morgen, Heinfried Henniger, sowie Arbeit mit Dokumenten aus Maxie Wanders Nachlass belegt werden.
