Mobile Endgeräte und die dazugehörigen Applikationen sind zu einem unverzichtbaren Bestandteil des täglichen Lebens geworden und ermöglichen den ortsund zeitunabhängigen Zugriff auf wichtige Informationen. Hochschulspezifische An- gebote sind im mobilen Bereich hingegen noch immer nicht flächendeckend anzutreffen und lassen sich i. d. R. nur auf Einzelaktivitäten Studierender und Lehrender zurückführen. Dabei können mobile Applikationen einen essentiellen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der studentischen Selbstorganisation sowie für die Ausgestaltung und Ergänzung von konkreten Lehr-/Lernszenarien leisten. Dieser Artikel stellt ein modulares Hochschul-App-Framework vor, das sowohl zentrale campusbezogene Dienste als auch dezentrale Lernapplikationen unter einer Oberfläche vereint anbietet. Anhand einer Analyse von Stärken und Schwächen werden verschiedene Ansätze in Hinblick auf Anforderungen, Entwicklung, Wartung und Betrieb der Hochschul-App zusammengefasst und bewertet. Es wird auf die zugrundeliegende serviceorientierte Architektur eingegangen, die eine Portierung der Applikation auf andere Hochschulen mit einem vertretbaren Aufwand ermöglicht. Der Beitrag schließt mit einer Darstellung der ersten Ergebnisse und weiterführender Überlegungen und Arbeiten.
Die Methodenlehre ist das Grundlagenfach mit der größten Nähe zur Praxis. Dennoch bewegt sie sich oftmals auf einer hohen Abstraktionsebene und ihr Zweck wird im juristischen Alltag, im Studium oder in der Praxis nicht immer erreicht. Dominiert vom Zivil- und insbesondere Arbeitsrecht, werden Besonderheiten des Öffentlichen Rechts und des Strafrechts ebenso wenig allgemein zur Kenntnis genommen wie (wieder) aktuelle Ansätze etwa der Rechtsrhetorik, der ökonomischen Analyse und der praktischen Jurisprudenz. Es sind eher interne Diskussionen, die innerhalb der Fachdisziplinen und in den noch kleineren Kreisen der methodisch Denkenden geführt werden. Im Zentrum des Kolloquiums stand daher die Frage, ob es eine allgemeine Methodenlehre gibt oder jeweils spezifische Methoden. Ziel war es, über Generationen, Fächergrenzen und Schulen hinaus ins Gespräch zu kommen. Der Tagungsband vereint die Referate und kurzen Zusammenfassungen der anregenden Diskussionen.
Die optimale Dimensionierung von IT-Hardware stellt Entscheider aufgrund der stetigen Weiterentwicklung zunehmend vor Herausforderungen. Dies gilt im Speziellen auch für Analytics-Infrastrukturen, die zunehmend auch neue Software zur Analyse von Daten einsetzen, welche in den Ressourcenanforderungen stark variieren. Damit eine flexible und gleichzeitig effiziente Gestaltung von Analytics-Infrastrukturen erreicht werden kann, wird ein dynamisch arbeitendes Architekturkonzept vorgeschlagen, das Aufgaben auf Basis einer systemspezifischen Entscheidungsmaxime mit Hilfe einer Eskalationsmatrix verteilt und hierfür Aufgabencharakteristiken sowie verfügbare Hardwareausstattungen entsprechend ihrer Auslastung berücksichtigt.
Stetig steigende Studierendenzahlen und Studierendenerwartungen der „Generation Z“ als „Digital Natives“ stellen Hochschulen bei gleichbleibenden Lehrressourcen vor vielfältige technische, didaktische, organisationale und curriculare Herausforderungen. Aufgrund ihrer Diversität und Heterogenität gibt es keinen einheitlichen Weg der digitalen Transformation im Hochschulsektor. Curricula, Studienstrukturen, Präsenzlehre und digitale Lehr- und Lernangebote müssen auf die jeweiligen Hochschulen, Zielgruppen und Kooperationspartner zugeschnitten werden. Dabei müssen auch neue Zielgruppen erreicht werden, z.B. Berufstätige und Teilzeitstudierende, und die Individualisierung sowie die nationale und internationale Studierendenmobilität gefördert werden. Kompetenzen für die Informationsextraktion aus Lern- und Studienprozessen, (Big) Data Analytics und Visualisierung, Künstliche Intelligenz und Augmented Reality müssen in Hochschulen aufgebaut werden. Von der digitalen Transformation sind alle Bereiche von Hochschulen betroffen, z.B. Präsidien, Fakultäten und gleichgestellte Einrichtungen, Universitätsverwaltungen, Forschungseinrichtungen sowie zentrale und dezentrale (IT-)Dienstleister, die sich mit schnell verändernden Anforderungs- und Rollenprofilen anpassen müssen. Ferner sind rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen zu betrachten, z.B. Datenschutzanforderungen, um die Potenziale von digitalen Lehr- und Lernangeboten und von digitalen Medien in der Lehre zu erschließen. Dieser Track diskutiert theoretische, konzeptionelle, gestaltungsorientierte, empirische und verhaltensorientierte Beiträge.
Fontanes Medien

Theodor Fontane war, im durchaus modernen Sinne, ein Medienarbeiter: Als Presse-Agent in London lernte er die innovativste Presselandschaft seiner Zeit kennen; als Redakteur in Berlin leistete er journalistische Kärrnerarbeit; er schrieb Kritiken über das Theater, die bildende Kunst und die Literatur – und auch seine Romane wie seine Reisebücher sind stets Medienprodukte, als Serien in in Zeitungen und Zeitschriften platziert, bevor sie auf dem Buchmarkt erschienen.
Der vorliegende Band dokumentiert die Ergebnisse eines internationalen Kongresses, veranstaltet 2019 vom Theodor-Fontane-Archiv in Potsdam. Die ebenso rasante wie umfassende Medialisierung und Vernetzung der Gesellschaft im Laufe des 19. Jahrhunderts wird dabei als produktive Voraussetzung der schriftstellerischen Tätigkeit Fontanes begriffen. Eingebettet in ein weit verzweigtes Netz der Korrespondenz und der postalischen Textzirkulation, vertraut mit den Routinen und Publika der periodischen Massenpresse, für die er sein Leben lang schrieb, und auf vielfältige Weise geprägt von der visuellen Kultur seiner Zeit wird Theodor Fontane als gleichermaßen journalistisch versierter wie ästhetisch sensibler Grenzgänger erkennbar.

Audience Response Systeme (ARS) stellen eine Ergänzung der Hochschullehre dar, um die Teilnehmeraktivierung zu stärken und die Studierenden unmittelbar in das Vorlesungsgeschehen einzubinden. Es existiert eine Fülle an Lösungen, die entweder ohne dedizierte Hardware auskommen (sogenannte Software-Clicker) oder die Anschaffung meist kommerzieller Hardware- Lösungen voraussetzen. An dieser Stelle versucht Hands. UP eine integrative Brücke zu schlagen. Auf Grundlage einer Kosten- und Aufwandsschätzung ausgewählter ARS-Lösungen soll die Notwendigkeit hochschulübergreifender Kooperationen hinsichtlich einer adäquate Weiterentwicklung und des Einsatzes von ARS in der Lehre motiviert werden.
Einleitung
Pflege in Deutschland befindet sich in einem Veränderungsprozess. Die politisch forcierte Zuwanderung von Pflegekräften sowie die Akademisierung führen zu einem enormen Anpassungsdruck bei allen Beteiligten. Wie wirkt sich dies auf den Arbeitsalltag aus?
Methoden
Die qualitative Datenbasis umfasst bisher 36 Tage Teilnehmende Beobachtung, 17 Themenzentrierte Leitfadeninterviews sowie vier Gruppendiskussionen in vier Pflegeteams zweier Krankenhäuser. Die Analyse erfolgt mit der Dokumentarischen Methode.
Ergebnisse
Am Beispiel der Grundpflege (u. A. dem „Waschen“) wird deutlich, wie die Pflegeteams ihren Arbeitsalltag neu aushandeln. Die Teams mit einer hohen migrationsbezogenen Diversität argumentieren eher, dass die Aufgaben der Grund- und Behandlungspflege entsprechend der Qualifikation als Hilfs- oder Fachkraft erledigt werden sollen. Hier treten stereotype (kulturalisierende) Zuschreibungen in den Hintergrund. Demgegenüber berufen sich Pflegeteams mit einer niedrigen migrationsbezogenen Diversität eher darauf, dass die Grundpflege in Deutschland – anders als in anderen Ländern – zu den Aufgaben einer examinierten Pflegefachkraft zählt. Kolleg*innen aus dem Ausland wird die pflegerische Kompetenz daher eher abgesprochen.
Schlussfolgerung
Die Frage nach der Aufteilung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege, ist auf allen Stationen virulent. Die Teams entwickeln jedoch in Abhängigkeit von ihrer spezifischen Heterogenität unterschiedliche Umgangsweisen. Demzufolge sollte sich Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung insbesondere an den Pflegeteams orientieren.
