Die vorliegende Studie befasst sich mit der Entwicklung und Validierung einer Skala zur Erfassung der Beratungskompetenz bei Lehramtsstudierenden im Praxissemester. Befragt wurden insgesamt 200 Studierende unterschiedlicher Lehramtsstudiengänge der Universität Potsdam. Faktoranalysen zeigten, dass das Konstrukt der Beratungskompetenz in vier Subskalen differenziert werden kann (Personale Ressourcen, Kooperation und Perspektivüberahme, Berater-Skills sowie Ressourcen- und Lösungsorientierung). Bezüglich der internen Konsistenz ergaben sich für die Subskalen Werte, die insgesamt als akzeptabel bis gut einzuschätzen sind. Die Subskalen waren erwartungsgemäß positiv korreliert. Für alle vier Subskalen der Beratungskompetenz ergaben sich Zusammenhänge schwacher bis mittlerer Stärke mit den Validierungsvariablen (Selbstwirksamkeit in Beratungen, Beratungsmotivation sowie Pädagogische Vorerfahrungen). Die Ergebnisse werden bezüglich ihrer Implikationen für die Lehrkräftebildung diskutiert.
In diesem Beitrag wird dargestellt, wie die Methode der sozialen Netzwerkanalyse (SNA) im Rahmen der Projektevaluation des Projekts PSI-Potsdam angewendet und durchgeführt wurde. Mit Hilfe der SNA wurde die Vernetzung zwischen den Projektbeteiligten operationalisiert, quantifiziert und anschließend visualisiert. Darüber hinaus machte die Methode es möglich, das Projekt in seinen Substrukturen zu betrachten. Die Untersuchung umfasste drei Messzeitpunkte (Anfang, Mitte und Ende des Projektes), wodurch auch die Entwicklung des Netzwerks über die Zeit abbildbar war und die Ergebnisse im Sinne einer formativen Evaluation nutzbar wurden. Vorgestellt wird das eigens dafür entwickelte Instrument, die Datengewinnung und -verarbeitung sowie Herausforderungen, die bei der Durchführung auftraten. Auf eine Ergebnisdarstellung wird aufgrund der Deanonymisierungsgefahr der Projektbeteiligten verzichtet.
Das strukturierte Promotionsprogramm in PSI Potsdam diente der Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses im Bereich der Lehrerbildung an der Universität Potsdam. Als fakultätsübergreifende Struktur vereinte es Forschungsprojekte verschiedener Disziplinen aus den Bereichen Lehrerbildung und Bildungsforschung. Das Promotionsprogramm richtete sich an Absolventinnen und Absolventen eines Lehramtsstudiums oder einer lehramtsrelevanten Bezugswissenschaft, die mit gezielten (über-)fachlichen und methodischen Angeboten in ihrer Promotion unterstützt wurden. Eine seit Beginn laufende Evaluation des Programms passt dadurch nachhaltig die Qualität der Angebote an die Bedürfnisse aller Beteiligten an. Der vorliegende Beitrag unterstreicht die Notwendigkeit dieses Programms und stellt die erste Umsetzungsphase (2015 – 2018) an der Universität Potsdam vor.
