Das Praxissemester als praxisbezogenes Studienelement zur Förderung von Professions- und Reflexionskompetenzen ist in immer mehr Bundesländern integraler Bestandteil der Lehramtsausbildung. Eine zentrale Herausforderung ist hierbei die gelingende Integration von universitärer Theorie und schulischer Praxis. Das Forschende Lernen kann hierzu einen wichtigen Beitrag leisten, indem Herausforderungen aus der unterrichtlichen Praxis einem forschenden Blick unterzogen und mit wissenschaftlichen Methoden bearbeitet werden. Dies soll nicht zuletzt die Reflexionskompetenz der angehenden Lehrerinnen und Lehrer fördern.
Forschendes Lernen und die digitale Transformation sind zwei der wichtigsten Einflüsse auf die Entwicklung der Hochschuldidaktik im deutschprachigen Raum. Während das forschende Lernen als normative Theorie das sollen beschreibt, geben die digitalen Werkzeuge, alte wie neue, das können in vielen Bereichen vor.
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird ein Prozessmodell aufgestellt, was den Versuch unternimmt, das forschende Lernen hinsichtlich interaktiver, gruppenbasierter Prozesse zu systematisieren. Basierend auf dem entwickelten Modell wurde ein Softwareprototyp implementiert, der den gesamten Forschungsprozess begleiten kann. Dabei werden Gruppenformation, Feedback- und Reflexionsprozesse und das Peer Assessment mit Bildungstechnologien unterstützt. Die Entwicklungen wurden in einem qualitativen Experiment eingesetzt, um Systemwissen über die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der digitalen Unterstützung von forschendem Lernen zu gewinnen.
Forschendes Lernen im literaturwissenschaftlichen Projektseminar „Vom Problem zur Publikation“

Das Forschende Lernen gehört zu den gegenwärtig stark diskutierten hochschuldidaktischen Ansätzen. Seine Überführung in die universitäre Praxis ist jedoch mit besonderen Herausforderungen verbunden. Am Beispiel eines germanistischen Masterseminars werden Konzeption, Durchführung und Evaluation eines diesem Ansatz folgenden Projektseminars vorgestellt und neben dem hohen motivationalen Effekt (Studierenden- Evaluation) auch Probleme bei der Vereinbarkeit von selbstbestimmter Forschungstätigkeit, curricularer Struktur und wissenschaftlich relevantem Ergebnis (Lehrenden-Evaluation) erläutert.
Lehre im Format der Forschung hat nicht nur das Potential zur Anknüpfung an das traditionelle Humboldt‘sche Ideal der Verschränkung von Forschung und Lernen und bietet damit eine Alternative zur vielfach beklagten „Verschulung“ der Bologna-Ära. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Lehre im Format der Forschung die Professionalisierung und fachspezifische Identitätsbildung der Studierenden. Der Beitrag ist in drei Abschnitte mit eigenen Fragestellungen unterteilt: Der erste Teil fragt nach einem grundlegenden Ziel der Hochschullehre und beschreibt dieses Ziel als wissenschaftsbasierte Professionalität, die zwingend Forschungskompetenz benötigt. Lehre im Format der Forschung wird als ein geeigneter Weg zu diesem Ziel beschrieben. Im zweiten Teil werden die Ähnlichkeiten und Unterschiede von Forschungs- und Lernprozessen herausgearbeitet, die als lerntheoretische Begründung für Lehre im Format der Forschung angesehen werden können. Abschließend werden unterschiedliche Typen einer Lehre im Format der Forschung vorgestellt – Typen, die sich hinsichtlich des intendierten Forschungsumfangs und des erforderlichen Aufwands unterscheiden.
Im Rahmen der aktuellen Debatte über Veränderungen im Schulsystem rückt auch die Lehramtsausbildung stärker in den Fokus universitärer und öffentlicher Diskussionen. Um Unterricht und Schule weiterzuentwickeln, bedarf es, nach Ansicht des Autors, kompetenter Lehrkräfte, welche reflexiv und forschungsgeleitet ihre Arbeit als einen permanenten Entwicklungsprozess betrachten. Das „Praxisforschen“ ist eine Form des Lehrens und Lernens, mittels dessen die Hochschullehre verbessert werden kann und Lehramtsstudierende gut auf die zukünftigen Anforderungen als Lehrende vorbereitet werden. „Praxisforschen“ bedeutet, anhand konkreter Forschungsfragen Schule und/oder die eigene Unterrichtstätigkeit weiterzuentwickeln. Studierende durchlaufen hierzu einen typischen Forschungsprozess, vom Entwickeln einer Fragestellung bis zur Auswertung und Darstellung der Ergebnisse. Der Artikel beschreibt die Umsetzung des Praxisforschens, wie es momentan in den Begleitseminaren zum Praxissemester an der Universität Potsdam durchgeführt wird und gibt praktische Hinweise für das forschende Lernen mit Studierenden.
Wissenschaftler sind regelmäßig mehr an Forschung interessiert als an Lehre. Dies hat verschiedene Gründe, auf die hier nicht im Einzelnen eingegangen werden soll. Einer dieser Gründe liegt im eigenen Professionsverständnis als Forscher/in bzw. Wissenschaftler/in begründet. Im Kern geht es dabei um Entdeckungen, um Innovationen, um die Weiterentwicklung vorhandenen Wissens. Lehre wird dem gegenüber als intermediärer Bereich gesehen, in dem vorhandenes Wissen reproduziert wird, der deshalb mehr dem Berufssystem zugehörig ist und weniger dem Wissenschaftssystem (Fangmann 2006, S. 30). Lehre erscheint deshalb als Belastung, die mit Forschung nicht korrespondiert, eher von Forschung abhält, insbesondere wenn Studierende den eigenen Lehrbemühungen passiv gegenüberstehen und der Ertrag der Lehre zweifelhaft erscheint. Im Folgenden soll die Verwandtschaft von Forschung und Lernen dargestellt und auf ihre korrespondierenden Logiken verwiesen werden. Grundlage dafür ist ein lerntheoretisches Modell, das Lernen subjekttheoretisch als soziales Handeln konzipiert (Holzkamp 1993), das mit Forschen vergleichbar ist. Forschungsbasierte Lehre wird im Kontext einer subjekttheoretischen Didaktik (Ludwig 2006) als Lehre im Format der Forschung vorgestellt, die Lernen unterstützen kann, weil Lernen dem Forschungsprozess ähnelt. Typen, Erträge und Umsetzungsprobleme forschungsbasierter Lehre werden kurz skizziert.
