Kinder und Jugendliche ohne Auslese und Barrieren zusammen lernen zu lassen, sie gemäß ihrer Fähigkeiten und Voraussetzungen zu fördern und mit verschiedenen Professionen gemeinsam an ihrer Lernentwicklung zu arbeiten sind Ziele inklusiver Bildung. Doch wie stehen Lehrerinnen und Lehrer diesen bildungspolitischen Herausforderungen gegenüber? Können sich Lehramtsstudierende und Lehrkräfte vorstellen, dass Kinder mit heterogenen Voraussetzungen gemeinsam lernen? Sind sie überzeugt davon, einen solchen inklusiven Unterricht ausgestalten zu können?
Insbesondere im deutschen Bildungssystem war lange Zeit das Primat eines separierenden Schulwesens vorherrschend, das Kinder bei der Feststellung eines sonderpädagogischen Förderbedarfs auf Förder- bzw. Sonderschulen überwies und Kinder ohne diesen Status an Regelschulen lernen ließ. Seit der Ratifizierung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention ist die Ausweitung des gemeinsamen Unterrichts Kern von verschiedenen bildungspolitischen Reformen. Neben diesen top-down veranlassten Rahmenbedingungen sind im besonderen Maße individuelle Aspekte bedeutsam für das professionelle Handeln von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern, da sie im Unterricht weitgehend autonom handeln.
Ausgehend vom Modell professioneller Handlungskompetenz ging es in dieser Dissertationsschrift vordergründig um zwei lehrerspezifische Merkmale: die Einstellung zum inklusiven Lernen und die Selbstwirksamkeit bezogen auf das inklusive Unterrichten. Wie zugewandt Lehrkräfte der schulischen Inklusion gegenüber sind und wie überzeugt sie sind, inklusiven Unterricht arrangieren zu können, hat Einfluss auf das Gelingen inklusiver Bildungsprozesse. Das Ziel der Dissertationsschrift war ein empirisches Untermauern der theoretischen Annahmen zur inklusiven Einstellung und Selbstwirksamkeit.
Mittendrin oder nur dabei?

In der vorliegenden Studie wurde das Ausmaß der sozialen Partizipation von Grundschülerinnen und Grundschülern mit einem und ohne festgestelltem sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf (SPF) untersucht. Insgesamt wurden N = 1436 Schüler der 2. und 3. Jahrgangsstufe mittels Fragebögen zum peerbezogenen Klassenklima, zur Einschätzung der eigenen sozialen Integration, zum Gefühl des Angenommen-Seins durch die Lehrkraft und zur Anzahl ihrer Freundschaften befragt. Mithilfe des Propensity Score Matching-Verfahrens wurden den Schülern mit einem festgestellten SPF in den Bereichen Lernen, emotionale und soziale Entwicklung oder Sprache (N = 91) basierend auf theoretisch und empirisch abgeleiteten Hintergrundvariablen statistische Zwillinge ohne SPF zugeordnet. Zu den Hintergrundvariablen zählten familiäre, leistungs- und verhaltensbezogene Merkmale. Der Vergleich der Schüler mit einem festgestellten SPF mit ihren statistischen Zwillingen ohne SPF lieferte keine Hinweise auf einen Zusammenhang zwischen dem Status eines SPF und der sozialen Partizipation.
Die Entwicklung einer Theorie zur schulischen Inklusion ist das zentrale Thema der Dissertation. Die Autorin nutzt empirische Analysen zur Umsetzung inklusiven Lernens sowie Daten zu sonderpädagogischen Förderschwerpunkten an inklusiven Grundschulen für die Erarbeitung von Bedingungen und Formen eines inklusiven Schulsystems. Empirische Daten zur Umsetzung inklusiver Bildung liegen aus vielen Bundesländern vor, es fehlte jedoch eine forschungsleitende Theorie zur Einordnung und Analyse der Daten. Jennifer Lambrecht hat diese Theorie auf Grundlage der Systemtheorie Luhmanns entwickelt. Sie differenziert zwischen Schulsystemen und verortet unterschiedliche Inklusionsverständnisse. Im Ergebnis entwickelt sie fünf Thesen zur schulischen Inklusion im allgemeinen Schulsystem und im Sonderschulsystem. Die Dissertation, die ein hochaktuelles Thema der empirischen Bildungsforschung behandelt, regt zum Mit- und Nachdenken an und generiert neue, interessante Forschungsfragen.
Brandenburg startete im Schuljahr 2012/2013 das Pilotprojekt „Inklusive Grundschule“ (PING). 35 dieser Pilot-Grundschulen wurden wissenschaftlich begleitet (vgl. Spörer, Schründer-Lenzen, Vock & Maaz, 2015). In diesem Beitrag berichten wir Befunde zum sozialen Selbstkonzept, wie die Kinder das Klassenklima erleben und wie sie sich von ihrer Lehrkraft angenommen fühlen. Untersucht wurden 1.435 Kinder in 61 inklusiven Klassen der Jahrgangsstufen 2 und 3. Es finden sich keine durchgängigen Nachteile bei Selbstkonzept und erlebtem Klassenklima für Kinder mit sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf (SPF), jedoch fühlen sich diese weniger von ihren Lehrkräften angenommen.
