Kinder und Jugendliche ohne Auslese und Barrieren zusammen lernen zu lassen, sie gemäß ihrer Fähigkeiten und Voraussetzungen zu fördern und mit verschiedenen Professionen gemeinsam an ihrer Lernentwicklung zu arbeiten sind Ziele inklusiver Bildung. Doch wie stehen Lehrerinnen und Lehrer diesen bildungspolitischen Herausforderungen gegenüber? Können sich Lehramtsstudierende und Lehrkräfte vorstellen, dass Kinder mit heterogenen Voraussetzungen gemeinsam lernen? Sind sie überzeugt davon, einen solchen inklusiven Unterricht ausgestalten zu können?
Insbesondere im deutschen Bildungssystem war lange Zeit das Primat eines separierenden Schulwesens vorherrschend, das Kinder bei der Feststellung eines sonderpädagogischen Förderbedarfs auf Förder- bzw. Sonderschulen überwies und Kinder ohne diesen Status an Regelschulen lernen ließ. Seit der Ratifizierung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention ist die Ausweitung des gemeinsamen Unterrichts Kern von verschiedenen bildungspolitischen Reformen. Neben diesen top-down veranlassten Rahmenbedingungen sind im besonderen Maße individuelle Aspekte bedeutsam für das professionelle Handeln von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern, da sie im Unterricht weitgehend autonom handeln.
Ausgehend vom Modell professioneller Handlungskompetenz ging es in dieser Dissertationsschrift vordergründig um zwei lehrerspezifische Merkmale: die Einstellung zum inklusiven Lernen und die Selbstwirksamkeit bezogen auf das inklusive Unterrichten. Wie zugewandt Lehrkräfte der schulischen Inklusion gegenüber sind und wie überzeugt sie sind, inklusiven Unterricht arrangieren zu können, hat Einfluss auf das Gelingen inklusiver Bildungsprozesse. Das Ziel der Dissertationsschrift war ein empirisches Untermauern der theoretischen Annahmen zur inklusiven Einstellung und Selbstwirksamkeit.
Das Konstrukt des erweiterten Fachwissens für den schulischen Kontext, welches in der ersten Förderphase von PSI-Potsdam entwickelt wurde, diente als Grundlage für die Entwicklung von Aufgaben, Lehrformate sowie einem Laborpraktikum im Bereich organischer Chemie. Eine Delphi-Studie wurde zur Validierung der Anwendung des Konstruktes auf die organische Chemie durchgeführt. Alle Aufgaben und Lehrformate wurden in Mixed-Methods-Studien evaluiert. Es zeigte sich, dass die Studierenden sowohl die Aufgaben als auch die Lehrformate und das Praktikum als relevant für ihren späteren Beruf als Chemielehrkräfte bewerteten.
Auf der Zeitachse von Zyklusmodellen des Unterrichts wird der Handlungsreflexion eine zentrale Bedeutung zugesprochen: Vor seiner Umsetzung im Unterricht soll das kommende Handeln zunächst in einer antizipierenden Reflexion gedanklich entworfen werden, um seine Erfolgswahrscheinlichkeit zu erhöhen. Nach dem Unterricht soll es einer retrospektiven Reflexion unterzogen werden, in der die Handlungsumsetzung vor dem Hintergrund der Handlungsplanung evaluiert wird und Konsequenzen für künftige Handlungsplanungen gezogen werden. Trotz der Plausibilität dieses postulierten Zusammenhangs von antizipierender und retrospektiver Reflexion steht seine genauere empirische Untersuchung allerdings noch aus. In einer querschnittlichen Onlineerhebung werden diese beiden Reflexionsformen deshalb als generische Unterrichtsplanungsfähigkeit und Reflexionskompetenz spezifiziert, um ihren Zusammenhang mit Hilfe einer Stichprobe von angehenden Lehrkräften (N = 479) aus zwei Universitäten zu explorieren. Die gefundenen schwachen Zusammenhänge werden vor dem Hintergrund der Operationalisierungen und der Testmotivation der Teilnehmenden diskutiert.
Dieser Beitrag untersucht, welche latente Struktur sich in der Reflexivität von Lehramtsstudierenden identifizieren lässt. Es wird gefragt, inwieweit sich entlang eines Kohortenvergleichs differente Strukturen in der Reflexivität erkennen lassen und wie Lehramtsstudierende die Notwendigkeit und die Häufigkeit der Reflexion sowie die aus der Reflexion hervorgehenden Einsichten einschätzen. Hierfür werden Daten von Studierenden des Lehramts für Grund-, Sekundar-, Förderschulen und Gymnasien der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg genutzt. Bei der Operationalisierung von Reflexivität wurde die IRIS-Skala in einer auf den Schulkontext modifizierten Variante adaptiert sowie einzelne Items neu entwickelt. Die Faktorenanalyse repliziert die angenommene Mehrdimensionalität der Reflexivität mit vier Faktoren. Zudem zeigen sich kohortenspezifisch differente Strukturen in der Reflexivität, die auf Umstrukturierungs-, Verdichtungs- und Weiterentwicklungsprozesse im Bereich implizites Wissen und Reflexivität verweisen, wie in der Kompetenzentwicklungsphasentheorie und in entwicklungs- und berufsbiographietheoretischen Ansätzen postuliert wird. Mittelwertvergleiche zwischen den Studierendengruppen verweisen auf tendenzielle Zuwächse in den Dimensionen.
