Die Fachtagungen HDI (Hochschuldidaktik Informatik) beschäftigen sich mit den unterschiedlichen Aspekten informatischer Bildung im Hochschulbereich. Neben den allgemeinen Themen wie verschiedenen Lehr- und Lernformen, dem Einsatz von Informatiksystemen in der Hochschullehre oder Fragen der Gewinnung von geeigneten Studierenden, deren Kompetenzerwerb oder auch der Betreuung der Studierenden widmet sich die HDI immer auch einem Schwerpunktthema.
Im Jahr 2021 war dies die Berücksichtigung von Diversität in der Lehre. Diskutiert wurden beispielsweise die Einbeziehung von besonderen fachlichen und überfachlichen Kompetenzen Studierender, der Unterstützung von Durchlässigkeit aus nichtakademischen Berufen, aber auch die Gestaltung inklusiver Lehr- und Lernszenarios, Aspekte des Lebenslangen Lernens oder sich an die Diversität von Studierenden adaptierte oder adaptierende Lehrsysteme.
Dieser Band enthält ausgewählte Beiträge der 9. Fachtagung 2021, die in besonderer Weise die Konferenz und die dort diskutierten Themen repräsentieren.
Die Lehre von wissenschaftlichem Arbeiten stellt einen zentralen Aspekt in forschungsorientierten Studiengängen wie der Informatik dar. Trotz diverser Angebote werden mittel- und langfristig Mängel in der
Arbeitsqualität von Studierenden sichtbar. Dieses Paper analysiert daher das Profil der Studierenden, deren Anwendung des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens, und das Angebot von Proseminaren zum Thema „Einführung in das wissenschaftliche Arbeiten“ einer deutschen Universität. Die Ergebnisse mehrerer Erhebungen zeigen dabei diverse Probleme bei Studierenden auf, u. a. bei dem Prozessverständnis, dem Zeitmanagement und der Kommunikation.
Das Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die Vielfalt unterschiedlicher Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Social Software in der Hochschullehre unter einer didaktischen Perspektive kritisch in den Blick zu nehmen. So wird entsprechenden Webanwendungen im mediendidaktischen Diskurs das Potenzial zugesprochen, Lern- und Bildungsprozesse zu unterstützen. Jenseits dieser Potenziale sind bisher jedoch kaum typische Probleme beachtet worden, die mit dem Einsatz von Social Software in der Hochschule einhergehen. Zur Annäherung an den Forschungsgegenstand werden im ersten Teil der Arbeit (lehr- und) lerntheoretische Potenziale von Social Software anhand von Literatur aufgearbeitet. Für die Entwicklung eines konzeptuellen Rahmens für eine vergleichende Darstellung unterschiedlicher Umsetzungen werden ferner verschiedene didaktische Beschreibungs- und Analysemodelle diskutiert. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit wird eine systematische – jedoch vom Umfang her begrenzte und dementsprechend exemplarische – Sichtung und Analyse empirisch basierter Arbeiten zum Einsatz von Social Software in der Hochschullehre durchgeführt. Mit Hilfe eines modifizierten didaktischen Szenariomodells wird die Vielfalt unterschiedlicher Einsatzformen kategoriengeleitet dargestellt. Als zentrales Thema hinsichtlich typischer Probleme konnte das Ausbleiben studentischer Partizipation sowie der Umgang der Lehrenden mit dieser Problematik herausgearbeitet werden.
In diesem Beitrag wird "fallbasierte Lernberatung" als ein zentrales Moment der Weiterentwicklung der Studierfähigkeit der Studierenden vor- und dargestellt. Fallbasierte Lernberatung wird darin als reflexive Praktik verstanden, die in Lehrveranstaltungen oder begleitend zu Lehrveranstaltungen angeboten werden kann. Mit der Bereitstellung eines solchen Lernberatungsangebots wird zweierlei erreicht. Studierende erhalten die professionell begleitete Gelegenheit, ihre Lernfähigkeiten weiter zu entwickeln und Lehrende Aufschluss über die konkreten Lernprobleme der Studierenden. Dieser kann wiederum auf das Lehrangebot rückwirken und so die Qualität der Lehre verbessern helfen.
