Der folgende Beitrag beschreibt das Projekt be-online, das Online-Foren als ein neues Angebot für Weiterbildungseinrichtungen entwickelt. Mit Online-Foren können sich Bildungseinrichtungen an räumlich verteilte Weiterbildungsteilnehmer wenden und zwischen ihnen ein Online-Netzwerk schaffen. Die Herstellung dieses Netzwerkes erfordert seitens der Weiterbildungseinrichtungen Managementleistungen, die hier als kooperatives Wissensmanagement definiert werden und den Rahmen für die Ermöglichung pädagogisch-professionellen Handelns schaffen. Der Beitrag stellt im ersten Teil kurz den praktischen Hintergrund dar, vor dem Online-Foren als ein neues Angebot von Weiterbildungseinrichtungen interessant erscheinen. Im zweiten Teil werden entlang des Projekts be-online Leistungen eines kooperativen Wissensmanagements durch Bildungseinrichtungen vorgestellt. Im dritten Teil werden die Begriffe Managementhandeln und Lernen vor dem Hintergrund der Wissenskategorie ins Verhältnis gesetzt.
Der Blick auf die Kursrealität erfolgt traditionell vom Außenstandpunkt der Lehrenden, die in ihrer Lehrplanung Kurse als steuerbare Einheit betrachten. Weil aber die Lernhandlungen der Subjekte nicht die Kehrseite des Lehrens sind, sondern vielmehr individuell differente Zugänge zur Kursrealität darstellen, stößt der Zugang zur Kursrealität vom Standpunkt des Lehrenden bezüglich einer Steuerung des Lernhandelns an Grenzen. Vorgestellt werden die Ergebnisse einer empirischen Untersuchung, die aus der Perspektive der Lernenden deren Lernbegründungen im Rahmen betrieblicher Kurse rekonstruiert. Dieser verstehende Zugang zum Lernhandeln hat Konsequenzen für eine Lehrplanung als Lernberatung.
Dieser Beitrag nimmt eine didaktiktheoretische Perspektive ein. Drei didaktiktheoretische Konzepte (konstruktivistische, interaktionstheoretische und subjekttheoretische) werden daraufhin befragt, wie sie Subjektorientierung im didaktischen Handeln begründen und verstehen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Fragen nach der Geltung subjektiver Wissensbestände und die theoretische Begründung der Beziehung zwischen Lehrenden und Lernenden. Nach einer Kritik des konstruktivistischen und interaktionstheoretischen Modells wird ein subjekttheoretisches Modell vorgeschlagen, das Subjektorientierung als Reflexion der Besonderheit individueller Handlungsproblematiken von Lernenden vor dem Hintergrund ihrer allgemeinen Vergesellschaftungsprozesse begründet.
Dieser Beitrag geht auf der Grundlage von zwei empirischen Fallstudien der Frage nach, in welcher Weise in aktuellen betrieblichen Modernisierungsprozessen auf Lern- und Bildungsprozesse der Beschäftigten rekurriert wird. Die Fallstudien entstammen einem interdisziplinären Arbeitsforschungsprojekt, das die Folgen betrieblich gesteuerter Prozesse zur Entgrenzung von Arbeit beforscht, wie sie aktuell bei der Umstellung betrieblicher Steuerungsmodelle auf ergebnisgesteuerte Arbeit für die Beschäftigten auftreten.
