Vier Dilemmata, die China heute konfrontieren, werden aufgezeigt und Hypothesen zur Charakterisierung des chinesischen party state diskutiert.

The state has withdrawn from many fields, economic goals determine its priorities. However, successful development implicated legitimation crisis of the state.
