Methods could benefit from this to varying degrees. This speaks in favor of defining standardized and reusable test data for JSP problem classes, which in turn requires a systematic describability of the test data in order to be able to compile problem adequate data sets. As a result, the use of technology in the learning processes of students of different disciplines became essential and the only way to teach, communicate and collaborate for months. In this crisis context, we conducted a longitudinal study in four German universities, in which we collected a total of 875 responses from students of information systems and music and arts at four points in time during the spring–summer 2020 semester. Our study focused on (1) the students’ acceptance of technology-mediated learning, (2) any change in this acceptance during the semester and (3) the differences in acceptance between the two disciplines. We applied the Technology Acceptance Model and were able to validate it for the extreme situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. We extended the model with three new variables (time flexibility, learning flexibility and social isolation) that influenced the construct of perceived usefulness. Furthermore, we detected differences between the disciplines and over time. Furthermore, the identified effects are discussed against the theory. Existing theory regarding the benefits and risks of open innovation is expanded by (1) finding that they are perceived mostly independently of the factors, (2) confirming the practical relevance of benefits and risks, and (3) enabling a finer distinction between their degrees of relevance according to respective contextual specifics. N2 - This paper in the journal Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. illustrates how intentional forgetting can improve the adaptation to necessary changes for individuals, groups and organizations, and how intentional forgetting can be consciously and purposefully designed. In order for behavior to be adapted as aresult of necessary change, it is not enough for people to know what to do, to be willing and able to change their behavior. Achange succeeds only if the new behavior is activated and not the old one, if the old behavior is forgotten. The necessary process of intentional forgetting can be designed by removing cues that retrieve memory items to be forgotten and placing cues that trigger the retrieval of the new. This paper presents the beneficial effects of cues on intentional forgetting, proves them in the context of areport of an experimental study and gives practical implications on how to design intentional forgetting for individuals, groups and organizations. N2 - Development and application of adaptive enterprise resource planning systems: Medium-sized industrial enterprises apply resource planning systems for their business processes. Changing markets require permanent adaptation of these enterprises’ organisational structures and processes to ensure their efficiency and their competitiveness. However, currently applied standard software systems have proven to be insufficiently adaptable. They allow multiple configuration options during implementation and setup, but it is hardly possible to perform configuration changes during the application phase. Therefore software developers will have to focus on adaptable enterprise resource planning systems in future. Beyond the development phase (build time) technological progress caused by changing requirements also has to be synchronised simultaneously by current software releases during the application phase (run time). -------- © GITO mbH Berlin KW - Auftragsabwicklung KW - Industrieunternehmen KW - Wandlungsfähigkeit KW - Auftragsabwicklungssysteme KW - Regelkreismechanismus KW - adaptability KW - enterprise resource planning systems KW - control loop mechanism Y1 - 2004 U6 - http://nbn-resolving.de/urn/resolver.pl?urn:nbn:de:kobv:517-opus-6791 ER - TY - JOUR A1 - Gronau, Norbert A1 - Wildemann, H. N2 - Market research : configurators in ERP-/PPS-Systems: Today customer orientation is of great importance. With the help of a product-configuration-system it is possible to develop products virtually under specific rules and therefore to prove the customer capability characteristics for their practicability. In the present market research the capability of configurators in ERP-/PPS-systems as well as in stand-alone-solutions were checked and it was tested to what extend they are suitable to cope with complex product implementation. ------- © GITO mbH Berlin KW - Marktanalyse KW - Marktübersicht KW - Konfigurator KW - Enterprise-Resource-Planning KW - PPS KW - Marktuntersuchung KW - Produktkonfiguratoren KW - Variantenmanagement KW - ERP-/PPS-Systeme KW - market research KW - product configurators KW - variant management KW - ERP-/PPS-systems Y1 - 2005 U6 - http://nbn-resolving.de/urn/resolver.pl?urn:nbn:de:kobv:517-opus-6826 ER - TY - JOUR A1 - Gronau, Norbert A1 - Schmid, Simone T1 - Marktüberblick : Konfiguratoren in ERP-/PPS-Systemen N2 - Die Orientierung am Kunden und dessen individuellen Wünschen ist heutzutage von großer Bedeutung. The approach illustrates the creation of knowledge with the focus on the knowledge conversions by Nonaka and Takeuchi. Furthermore, it emphasizes the quality of knowledge being embodied in persons and creates a personalization and socialization strategy which integrates business process modeling, skill management and the selection of knowledge management systems. The paper describes the theoretical foundations of the approach and practical effects which have been seen in the use of this approach.
