N2  - The first part of the book deals with basics and cross-sectional questions of administrative science. First, the author presents the objects “administrative science” an “administration". He then imparts tasks, cultures, reforms and control of administration to the reader. In the second part, authorities as organisations and systems of action are examined more detailed. The respecting chapters deal with the organisational structure, staff, coordination, procedures and decision-making.

N2  - Dieses Sonderheft der Schriftenreihe des Lehrstuhls für Public und Nonprofit Management präsentiert Ergebnisse eines studentischen Beratungsprojekts aus dem Wintersemester 2018/19. Dabei wurde eine Vision für eine digitalisierte öffentliche Verwaltung entworfen. Unter Anwendung von Szenariomethoden wurden Zukunftsszenarien entwickelt und getestet, die sich entweder mit Bürger*innen und Unternehmen als Kund*innen der Verwaltung, den öffentlich Beschäftigen oder der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation in der Verwaltung beschäftigen.
N2  - This Special Issue of the Chair of Public and Nonprofit Management’s publication series presents results of a student consulting project from the winter semester 2018/19. A vision for a digital public administration has been designed. By using the scenario method, future scenarios have been developed and tested. These scenarios deal either with citizens and businesses as clients of the administration, public employees or organizational structure and internal coordination.
