This will be based on the knowledge modelling and description language (KMDL(R)) that enables the modelling and analysis of knowledge intensive business processes. First the basic elements of the modelling technique are described, presenting the concept and the description language. Furthermore it is shown how the KMDL(R) process models can be used as a basis for the team building component. Therefore, an algorithm was developed that is able to propose a team composition for a specific task by analyzing the knowledge and skills of the employees, which will be contrasted to the process requirements. This can be used as guidance for team building decisions.}, language = {en} } @article{GronauFroeming2006, author = {Gronau, Norbert and Fr{\"o}ming, Jane}, title = {KMDL : eine semiformale Beschreibungssprache zur Modellierung von Wissenskonversionen}, issn = {0937-6429}, doi = {10.1007/s11576-006-0080-4}, year = {2006}, language = {de} } @book{GronauGaebler2012, author = {Gronau, Norbert and G{\"a}bler, Andreas}, title = {Einf{\"u}hrung in die Wirtschaftsinformatik : Bd. 1}, series = {Skripte zur Wirtschaftsinformatik}, journal = {Skripte zur Wirtschaftsinformatik}, publisher = {Gito}, address = {Berlin}, isbn = {978-3-942183-89-5}, pages = {311 S.}, year = {2012}, language = {de} } @article{Gronau2009, author = {Gronau, Norbert}, title = {Mobility creates process proximity}, issn = {1434-2308}, year = {2009}, language = {en} } @misc{BenderGrumGronauetal.2019, author = {Bender, Benedict and Grum, Marcus and Gronau, Norbert and Alfa, Attahiru and Maharaj, B. While the organization of individual sites consisting of Industry 4.0 components itself is demanding, new questions regarding the organization and allocation of resources emerge considering the total production network. In an attempt to face the challenge of efficient distribution and processing both within and across sites, we aim to provide a hybrid simulation approach as a first step towards optimization. Using hybrid simulation allows us to include real and simulated concepts and thereby benchmark different approaches with reasonable effort. A simulation concept is conceptualized and demonstrated qualitatively using a global multi-site example.}, language = {en} }
