  abstract  = {The quantification of plant biomass using efficient methods is a crucial point in different fields of science. This paper aims to facilitate the determination of hydrogen content of cherry and apple trees at a research site in the north east of Germany using the estimation of their biomass based on the sampling of singletrees. Therefore the volume of 13 cherry and 11 apple trees was determined bydividing them into segments and measuring the specific length and diameter. All segments were grouped by diameter classes. Furthermore the wood density of the branches and the mean leaf biomass was determined. For the calculation of woody biomass a value for wood dry density derived from the literature for each species was used. The biomass allocation across the diameter classes was investigated and a regression analyses implemented using easily measurable tree parameters as well as data derived by a terrestrial laser scanner. The experimental density values increased with increasing branch diameter. The deviation to the literature value was small for the cherry wood but large for the apple wood. The investigation of leaf biomass was carried out independently from measured trees, so no relation could be established between woody and leaf biomass and only mean values were calculated. The proportion of different diameter classes at the whole tree biomass was highly variable and thus an estimation using only the substantial tree compartments does not show appropriate results. The most reliable and efficient way to estimate the aboveground biomass is by utilizing the developed models. A linear regression turned out to provide the best results for the present tree populations of same age and similar size. While the laser scan data did not correlate with the dry wood biomass, the linear models utilizing the stem diameter d or d² as predictor indicated high significance (p - value < 0.001) and a very good model fit (R² > 0.8) for both species.},

  abstract  = {Die Rechtsfolgen einer fehlgeschlagenen Anteilsabtretung stellen ein rechtspraktisches Problem des GmbH-Rechts dar, dessen L{\"o}sungswege {\"u}blicherweise im Schuldrecht gesucht werden. Der Anwendung der schuldrechtlichen Rechtsinstitute im Rahmen des \S 16 Abs. 1 GmbHG geht die Frage voran, ob das durch die Legitimationswirkung charakterisierte Auseinanderfallen von Herrschaftsrecht und Herrschaftsm{\"o}glichkeit zur Anwendung des Eigent{\"u}mer-Besitzer-Verh{\"a}ltnisses f{\"u}hren kann. Der {\"U}bertragbarkeit der drei Komponenten der Vindikationslage - Sache, Eigentum, Besitz - und deren Interdependenzen auf die durch die Legitimationswirkung hervorgerufene Situation widmet sich diese Arbeit. Im Wege des systematischen Vergleichs der Rechtsbeziehungen weist der Autor eine Vergleichbarkeit nach und schl{\"a}gt eine analoge Anwendung des Eigent{\"u}mer-Besitzer-Verh{\"a}ltnisses vor. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Rechtsgegenst{\"a}ndlichkeit der Mitgliedschaft und die Ausdehnung des Besitzbegriffs auf unk{\"o}rperliche Rechtsprodukte.},

  abstract  = {Emotions are a complex concept and they are present in our everyday life. Persons on the autism spectrum are said to have difficulties in social interactions, showing deficits in emotion recognition in comparison to neurotypically developed persons. But social-emotional skills are believed to be positively augmented by training. A new adaptive social cognition training tool "E.V.A." is introduced which teaches emotion recognition from face, voice and body language. One cross-sectional and one longitudinal study with adult neurotypical and autistic participants were conducted. The aim of the cross-sectional study was to characterize the two groups and see if differences in their social-emotional skills exist. The longitudinal study, on the other hand, aimed for detecting possible training effects following training with the new training tool. In addition, in both studies usability assessments were conducted to investigate the perceived usability of the new tool for neurotypical as well as autistic participants. Differences were found between autistic and neurotypical participants in their social-emotional and emotion recognition abilities. Training effects for neurotypical participants in an emotion recognition task were found after two weeks of home training. Similar perceived usability was found for the neurotypical and autistic participants. The current findings suggest that persons with ASC do not have a general deficit in emotion recognition, but are in need for more time to correctly recognize emotions. In addition, findings suggest that training emotion recognition abilities is possible. Further studies are needed to verify if the training effects found for neurotypical participants also manifest in a larger ASC sample.},

  abstract  = {En apenas tan pocas lenguas, como en el espa{\~n}ol, se ha publicado tantos trabajos sobre la evidencialidad en los {\´u}ltimos a{\~n}os. No obstante, en ello se pierde de vista con frecuencia la verdadera funci{\´o}n de los marcadores de evidencialidad que hacen referencia al origen del conocimiento del hablante. Adem{\´a}s de los marcadores l{\´e}xicos, se consideran como medios de expresi{\´o}n de la evidencialidad incluso estructuras discursivas y expresiones proposicionales que hacen referencia a la fuente del conocimiento, alej{\´a}ndose demasiado de la restricci{\´o}n a los evidenciales gramaticales. En esta contribuci{\´o}n, se intentar{\´a} ordenar esta posici{\´o}n confusa y desarrollar un modelo de relaci{\´o}n entre la evidencialidad y temporalidad, aspectualidad y modalidad que tenga en cuenta la realidad de las circunstancias en el espa{\~n}ol y sus variedades. Se partir{\´a} de un planteamiento onomasiol{\´o}gico hacia los medios de expresi{\´o}n del origen del conocimiento del hablante; al mismo tiempo se analizar{\´a}n los medios de expresi{\´o}n en cuanto a su polifuncionalidad. La base emp{\´i}rica para este estudio ser{\´a} el an{\´a}lisis de un corpus (SketchEngine, CREA, CORPES XXI) sobre el condicional reportativo e inferencial y su relaci{\´o}n con el imperfecto evidencial y futuro inferencial en las diversas variedades del espa{\~n}ol, as{\´i} como las condiciones de uso de los adverbios evidenciales-epist{\´e}micos.},
