India regards a more open world trading regime and more capital flows into developing countries necessary to help them to increase their exports, create jobs and increase the wealth of its producers.

A reform of the United Nations seems indispensable. The war against international terrorism is essential but has to be waged without the differentiation between good and bad terrorists.
