  abstract  = {In j{\"u}ngerer Vergangenheit h{\"a}uften sich F{\"a}lle, in denen die Verwaltung Entscheidungen von Verwaltungsgerichten bewusst nicht umsetzte. Der Autor nimmt diese Entwicklung zum Anlass und befasst sich mit der Frage, welchen Anteil die Vollstreckungsregeln der Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung an dieser Entwicklung haben. Dabei erfasst er sowohl die staatsrechtliche als auch die grundrechtliche Perspektive. Er {\"u}berpr{\"u}ft insbesondere, ob die Vorschriften, die die Vollstreckung aus verwaltungsgerichtlichen Entscheidungen gegen den Staat regeln, verfassungsgem{\"a}ß sind. Nach ausf{\"u}hrlicher Diskussion denkbarer L{\"o}sungsans{\"a}tze kommt der Autor zu dem Ergebnis, dass eine {\"A}nderung der Vollstreckungsvorschriften dringend geboten ist.},
