  abstract  = {Reflexion ist eine Schl{\"u}sselkategorie f{\"u}r die professionelle Entwicklung von Lehrkr{\"a}ften, welche als Ausbildungsziel in den Bildungsstandards f{\"u}r die Lehrkr{\"a}ftebildung verankert ist. Eine Verstetigung universit{\"a}r gepr{\"a}gter Forschung und Modellierung in der praxisnahen Anwendung im schulischen Kontext bietet Potentiale nachhaltiger Professionalisierung. Die St{\"a}rkung reflexionsbezogener Kompetenzen durch Empirie und Anwendung scheint eine phasen{\"u}bergreifende Herausforderung der Lehrkr{\"a}ftebildung zu sein, die es zu bew{\"a}ltigen gilt. Ziele des Tagungsbandes Reflexion in der Lehrkr{\"a}ftebildung sind eine theoretische Sch{\"a}rfung des Konzeptes „Reflexive Professionalisierung" und der Austausch {\"u}ber Fragen der Einbettung wirksamer reflexionsbezogener Lerngelegenheiten in die Lehrkr{\"a}ftebildung. Forschende und Lehrende der‚ drei Phasen (Studium, Referendariat sowie Fort- und Weiterbildung) der Lehrkr{\"a}ftebildung stellen Lehrkonzepte und Forschungsprojekte zum Thema Reflexion in der Lehrkr{\"a}ftebildung vor und diskutieren diese. Gemeinsam mit Teilnehmenden aller Phasen und von verschiedenen Standorten der Lehrkr{\"a}ftebildung werden zuk{\"u}nftige Herausforderungen identifiziert und L{\"o}sungsans{\"a}tze herausgearbeitet.},

  abstract  = {We present an optically addressed non-pixelated spatial light modulator. The system is based on reversible photoalignment of a LC cell using a red light sensitive novel azobenzene photoalignment layer. It is an electrode-free device that manipulates the liquid crystal orientation and consequently the polarization via light without artifacts caused by electrodes. The capability to miniaturize the spatial light modulator allows the integration into a microscope objective. This includes a miniaturized 200 channel optical addressing system based on a VCSEL array and hybrid refractive-diffractive beam shapers. As an application example, the utilization as a microscope objective integrated analog phase contrast modulator is shown.   abstract  = {The knowledge of the effectiveness of local landscape planning in Germany is in the main limited to particular cases and derives mostly from qualitative single case studies. This applies especially to the implementation of measures defined by landscape plans. To fill that gap, the paper focuses on the implementation of those measures. Furthermore, it discusses the factors and framework conditions which are crucial for this implementation. The potential factors and conditions of influence were derived from theory and compiled in 20 investigation hypotheses. In order to gain information on the execution of the measures, 28 randomly selected plans were first analysed, then interviews were carried out with administration representatives. It can be stated that landscape planning has positively influenced the development of nature and landscape in the investigated municipalities. A considerable number of measures had been implemented, although landscape planning as a supply-side instrument proposes generally a very large number of measures. Factors with a positive effect on the implementation of landscape planning measures are pointed out.},
