However, while the impact of emotions and psychological needs on students' achievements has been a focus of research, the impact of their physiological needs has been under studied. In this explorative study, I examine what impact the physiological and psychological needs of student teachers have on their feelings, motivation, and interest in different learning settings. Approach The research method used was the daily reconstruction method and included the Felix-App, a new digital research and feedback tool that allows the measurement of feelings, needs, motivation, and interest in real time. Findings The results suggest the importance of physiological needs for perceived emotions, motivation, and interest in the learning subject. The psychological needs, on the other hand, are of less importance. Originality The Felix-App is an innovative tool to learn more about learners' emotions and needs in real learning settings. The importance of physiological needs has been known since Maslow, but should be considered much more in the context of teaching and learning research in the future. There is a need for further research on the importance of physical aspects in learning.}, language = {en} } @article{TeichmannUllrichKotarskietal.2021, author = {Teichmann, Malte and Ullrich, Andr{\´e} and Kotarski, David and Gronau, Norbert}, title = {Facing the demographic change}, series = {SSRN eLibrary / Social Science Research Network}, journal = {SSRN eLibrary / Social Science Research Network}, publisher = {Social Science Electronic Publ.}, address = {[Erscheinungsort nicht ermittelbar]}, issn = {1556-5068}, doi = {10.2139/ssrn.3858716}, pages = {6}, year = {2021}, abstract = {Digitization and demographic change are enormous challenges for companies. Learning factories as innovative learning places can help prepare older employees for the digital change but must be designed and configured based on their specific learning requirements. To date, however, there are no particular recommendations to ensure effective age-appropriate training of bluecollar workers in learning factories. Therefore, based on a literature review, design characteristics and attributes of learning factories and learning requirements of older employees are presented. Furthermore, didactical recommendations for realizing age-appropriate learning designs in learning factories and a conceptualized scenario are outlined by synthesizing the findings.}, language = {en} } @article{TschierschKrugHuweretal.2021, author = {Tschiersch, Anja and Krug, Manuel and Huwer, Johannes and Banerji, Amitabh}, title = {ARbeiten mit erweiterter Realit{\"a}t im Chemieunterricht}, series = {Chemie konkret : CHEMKON ; Forum f{\"u}r Unterricht und Didaktik / hrsg. von der Fachgruppe Chemieunterricht GDCh}, volume = {28}, journal = {Chemie konkret : CHEMKON ; Forum f{\"u}r Unterricht und Didaktik / hrsg. von der Fachgruppe Chemieunterricht GDCh}, number = {6}, publisher = {Wiley-VCH}, address = {Weinheim}, issn = {0944-5846}, doi = {10.1002/ckon.202100009}, pages = {241 -- 244}, year = {2021}, abstract = {Reality enriched with digital information is playing an increasingly important role in our everyday live, but also in chemistry teaching.
