Sie beweist, dass Bewerber:innen Sprachkenntnisse, interkulturelle Kompetenzen und Organisationsf{\"a}higkeiten erworben haben. Trotzdem bestehen bei Studierenden oft Bedenken, ob und wie sie ein Auslandssemester in das rechtswissenschaftliche Studium einbauen sollen. Deshalb m{\"o}chte dieser Beitrag hilfreiche Antworten und Tipps geben, wie Jurastudierende der Universit{\"a}t Potsdam das Auslandssemester bestm{\"o}glich integrieren k{\"o}nnen. Er soll als Ermutigung dienen, sich daf{\"u}r zu bewerben. Dieser Beitrag ist in drei Abschnitte eingeteilt. Zuerst m{\"o}chte ich auf den vermeintlich „richtigen" Zeitpunkt f{\"u}r ein Auslandssemester eingehen. Danach stelle ich dar, welche Leistungen gut anrechenbar sind. Zuletzt m{\"o}chte ich sowohl die Nachteile als auch die Vorteile eines Erasmus-Semesters aus eigener Erfahrung vorstellen.},

April 2024 neuer Inhaber der Professur f{\"u}r {\"O}ffentliches Recht und Steuerrecht und tritt damit die Nachfolge des im Sommer 2022 verstorbenen Herrn. Prof. Musil an.   abstract  = {Naomi is one of the dramatis personae of the book of Ruth, which is set by its author "in the days that the judges judged" (Ruth 1:1). She is introduced as wife of Elimelech and mother of Mahlon and Chilion, all of whom journeyed to Moab from Bethlehem, due to famine. By the fifth verse in the book's first chapter, her husband and sons are dead, leaving Naomi with only her Moabite daughters-in-law, Orpah and Ruth (Ruth 1:1-5). Shortly thereafter, Orpah too exits the stage (Ruth 1:14). Against Naomi's protestations, Ruth ties her own fate to her mother-in-law's, joining Naomi on her journey back to Bethlehem (Ruth 1:4b, 8-19a).},

  abstract  = {Mordecai, son of Jair, is the Deuteragonist of the book of Esther. Some time after the death of the eponymous Esther's parents, Mordecai - Esther's cousin - becomes her guardian (Esth 2:7). The MT version of the book also has Mordecai adopting Esther as his daughter (Esth 2:7, 15). In LXX, on the other hand, Mordecai takes her as his wife (Esth 2:7; cf. bMeg 13a). Although the syntax of Esth 2:5-6 is convoluted, it appears Mordecai is a Benjaminite deportee from Jerusalem - exiled by Nebuchadnezzar, along with King Jeconiah and others. Presuming a coherent historical and chronological framework, this would make Mordecai 114 years old at the time of the events, at the very least, which does not accord with his depiction throughout the novella. (This biographical detail is absent in the Greek Alpha Text of Esther.)},

  abstract  = {The biblical story of Cain and Abel in Genesis 4:1-16 appears as the first case of siblings' rivalry in the Torah. It is the starting point of a socio-ethical process of human development within the book of Genesis. The sibling narrative also includes the first report of homicide, more precisely a fratricide, as Cain slays his own brother Abel (Gen 4:8). The Jewish and Christian reception discourse of the Cain-Abel-story developed early on to deal with a range of open questions and difficult passages provided by the biblical text. The basic assumptions of Jewish and Christian interpretations are initially similar in terms of attempting to explain God's preference for Abel's sacrifice and Cain's motivation for killing his brother.},

Der in Deutschland bestehende Fachkr{\"a}ftemangel sowie der demografische Wandel belasten das Pflegesystem in mehrfacher Hinsicht: In einer alternden Gesellschaft sind immer mehr Menschen auf eine anhaltende Unterst{\"u}tzung angewiesen. Niedrige Geburtenraten und damit verbunden ein sinkender Bev{\"o}lkerungs-anteil von Menschen im erwerbsf{\"a}higen Alter bringen einen bereits heute sp{\"u}rbaren Mangel an beruflich Pflegenden mit sich. Um eine menschenw{\"u}rdige Pflege anhaltend zu gew{\"a}hrleisten, m{\"u}ssen vorhandene Ressourcen gezielter eingesetzt und zus{\"a}tzliche Reserven freigelegt werden. Viele Hoffnungen liegen hier auf technologischen Innovationen. Die Digitalisierung soll das Gesundheitswesen effizienter gestalten und beispielsweise durch K{\"u}nstliche Intelligenz zeitraubende Prozesse vereinfachen oder sogar automatisieren. Im Kontext der Pflege wird der Einsatz von robotischen Assistenzsystemen diskutiert. Aus diesem Grund wurde die die Potsdamer B{\"u}rger:innenkonferenz „Robotik in der Altenpflege?" initiiert. Um die Zukunft der Pflege gemeinsam zu gestalten, wurden 3.500 Potsdamer B{\"u}rgerinnen und B{\"u}rger kontaktiert und schließlich f{\"u}nfundzwanzig Teilnehmende ausgew{\"a}hlt. Im Fr{\"u}hjahr 2024 kamen sie zusammen, um den verantwortlichen Einsatz von Robotik in der Pflege zu diskutieren. Die hier vorliegende Erkl{\"a}rung ist das Ergebnis der B{\"u}rger:innenkonferenz. Sie enth{\"a}lt die zentralen Positionen der Teilnehmenden. Die B{\"u}rger:innenkonferenz ist Teil des Projekts E-cARE („Ethics Guidelines for Socially Assistive Robots in Elderly Care: An Empirical-Participatory Approach"), welches die Juniorprofessur f{\"u}r Medizinische Ethik mit Schwerpunkt auf Digitalisierung der Fakult{\"a}t f{\"u}r Gesundheitswissenschaften Brandenburg, Universit{\"a}t Potsdam, durchgef{\"u}hrt hat.},
