Die Colonia Dignidad (dt.: Kolonie der W{\"u}rde) wurde 1961 von Mitgliedern einer deutschen Sekte im Zentrum des Landes, ca. 400 km s{\"u}dlich von Santiago entfernt, gegr{\"u}ndet. Nach außen pr{\"a}sentierte sich die Gemeinschaft als gl{\"u}ckliche und zufriedene deutsche Enklave, die ihre heimatlichen Traditionen und Br{\"a}uche im Ausland weiterhin pflegt. Mit dem Ende der Milit{\"a}rdiktatur unter Augusto Pinochet 1990 und dem damit verbundenen Wegfall der politischen R{\"u}ckendeckung der Gemeinschaft, begann die chilenische Justiz die schon l{\"a}nger bestehenden Vorw{\"u}rfe gegen den damaligen Sektenf{\"u}hrer Paul Sch{\"a}fer, u. a. wegen Kindesmissbrauchs und Folter an chilenischen Oppositionellen w{\"a}hrend der Milit{\"a}rdiktatur, zu untersuchen. Dem chilenischen Haftbefehl acht Jahre sp{\"a}ter entzog sich Paul Sch{\"a}fer durch seine Flucht nach Argentinien. Die zur{\"u}ckbleibenden Mitglieder der Colonia Dignidad waren aufgrund des einsetzenden Zerfalls der alten Gemeinschaftsordnung gezwungen, sich ein neues Gemeinschaftskonzept zu erarbeiten, eines, in dem die bisher so dominante F{\"u}hrerfigur fehlte. Sowohl das Gemeinschaftsleben in der Colonia Dignidad zwischen 1961 und 1998 als auch das Zusammenleben in der heutigen Villa Baviera ab 1998 wird anhand der Theorien zur Gemeinschaftsforschung von Ferdinand T{\"o}nnies, Georg Vobruba, Zygmunt Baumann, Matthias Grundmann und Stephan Drucks analysiert. Im Findungsprozess eines neuen Gemeinschaftskonzeptes waren die Mitglieder der ehemaligen Colonia Dignidad gezwungen, sich mit der Vergangenheit auseinanderzusetzen. In diesem Zusammenhang wird der Frage nachgegangen, inwiefern eine Aufarbeitung der Vergangenheit (memoria) im kulturwissenschaftlichen und psychologischen Sinne stattfand bzw. stattfindet und wenn ja, wie sich diese gestaltete bzw. gestaltet. Hierzu wird untersucht, welche staatlichen Maßnahmen zur Unterst{\"u}tzung des Neuanfangs der Gemeinschaft getroffen wurden und welchen Erfolg diese Maßnahmen hatten. Basierend auf den daraus gewonnenen Resultaten und der aktuellen Selbstdarstellung der Villa Baviera in ihrer Webpr{\"a}senz, wird das neue Gemeinschaftskonzept der ehemaligen Colonia Dignidad auf die Chancen des Zusammenlebens hin analysiert. Weiterf{\"u}hrend werden Konzepte zum kollektiven Ged{\"a}chtnis untersucht, von dem „Familienged{\"a}chtnis" auf ein „Gemeinschaftsged{\"a}chtnis" {\"u}bertragen und mit der Frage nach der konstruktiven memoria innerhalb der Villa Baviera verbunden. Abschließend wird der Frage nachgegangen, welche positiven Aspekte des Gemeinschaftslebens einer intentionalen Gemeinschaft auf das Gemeinschaftsleben der Villa Baviera {\"u}bertragen werden k{\"o}nnten.}, language = {de} } @article{Springer2011, author = {Springer, Anne}, title = {Selbst, Kultur und soziale Kognition}, series = {Das Bild zwischen Kognition und Kreativit{\"a}t}, journal = {Das Bild zwischen Kognition und Kreativit{\"a}t}, publisher = {Transcript}, address = {Bielefeld}, isbn = {978-3-8376-1365-0}, pages = {171 -- 195}, year = {2011}, language = {de} } @article{SchruenderLenzenMuecke2011, author = {Schr{\"u}nder-Lenzen, Agi and M{\"u}cke, Stephan}, title = {Entwicklung und Evaluation eines Sprachf{\"o}rderprogramms}, series = {Unterrichtsentwicklung und didaktische Entwicklungsforschung}, journal = {Unterrichtsentwicklung und didaktische Entwicklungsforschung}, publisher = {Klinkhardt}, address = {Bad Heilbrunn}, isbn = {978-3-7815-1794-3}, pages = {105 -- 124}, year = {2011}, language = {de} } @misc{BreitensteinNielsenHoelzeletal.2011, author = {Breitenstein, Michael and Nielsen, Peter E. and H{\"o}lzel, Ralph and Bier, Frank Fabian}, title = {DNA-nanostructure-assembly by sequential spotting}, series = {Postprints der Universit{\"a}t Potsdam : Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftliche Reihe}, journal = {Postprints der Universit{\"a}t Potsdam : Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftliche Reihe}, number = {1027}, issn = {1866-8372}, doi = {10.25932/publishup-43110}, url = {http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:kobv:517-opus4-431108}, pages = {12}, year = {2011}, abstract = {Background: The ability to create nanostructures with biomolecules is one of the key elements in nanobiotechnology. One of the problems is the expensive and mostly custom made equipment which is needed for their development. We intended to reduce material costs and aimed at miniaturization of the necessary tools that are essential for nanofabrication. Thus we combined the capabilities of molecular ink lithography with DNA-self-assembling capabilities to arrange DNA in an independent array which allows addressing molecules in nanoscale dimensions. Results: For the construction of DNA based nanostructures a method is presented that allows an arrangement of DNA strands in such a way that they can form a grid that only depends on the spotted pattern of the anchor molecules. An atomic force microscope (AFM) has been used for molecular ink lithography to generate small spots. The sequential spotting process allows the immobilization of several different functional biomolecules with a single AFM-tip. This grid which delivers specific addresses for the prepared DNA-strand serves as a two-dimensional anchor to arrange the sequence according to the pattern. Once the DNA-nanoarray has been formed, it can be functionalized by PNA (peptide nucleic acid) to incorporate advanced structures. Conclusions: The production of DNA-nanoarrays is a promising task for nanobiotechnology. The described method allows convenient and low cost preparation of nanoarrays. PNA can be used for complex functionalization purposes as well as a structural element.}, language = {en} } @misc{BierbachSchulteHerrmannetal.2011, author = {Bierbach, David and Schulte, Matthias and Herrmann, Nina and Tobler, Michael and Stadler, Stefan and Jung, Christian T. and Kunkel, Benjamin and Riesch, R{\"u}diger and Klaus, Sebastian and Ziege, Madlen and Indy, Jeane Rimber and Arias-Rodriguez, Lenin and Plath, Martin}, title = {Predator-induced changes of female mating preferences}, series = {Postprints der Universit{\"a}t Potsdam : Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftliche Reihe}, journal = {Postprints der Universit{\"a}t Potsdam : Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftliche Reihe}, number = {984}, issn = {1866-8372}, doi = {10.25932/publishup-43109}, url = {http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:kobv:517-opus4-431099}, pages = {12}, year = {2011}, abstract = {Background In many species males face a higher predation risk than females because males display elaborate traits that evolved under sexual selection, which may attract not only females but also predators. Females are, therefore, predicted to avoid such conspicuous males under predation risk. The present study was designed to investigate predator-induced changes of female mating preferences in Atlantic mollies (Poecilia mexicana). Males of this species show a pronounced polymorphism in body size and coloration, and females prefer large, colorful males in the absence of predators. Results In dichotomous choice tests predator-na{\"i}ve (lab-reared) females altered their initial preference for larger males in the presence of the cichlid Cichlasoma salvini, a natural predator of P. mexicana, and preferred small males instead. This effect was considerably weaker when females were confronted visually with the non-piscivorous cichlid Vieja bifasciata or the introduced non-piscivorous Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). In contrast, predator experienced (wild-caught) females did not respond to the same extent to the presence of a predator, most likely due to a learned ability to evaluate their predators' motivation to prey. Conclusions Our study highlights that (a) predatory fish can have a profound influence on the expression of mating preferences of their prey (thus potentially affecting the strength of sexual selection), and females may alter their mate choice behavior strategically to reduce their own exposure to predators. (b) Prey species can evolve visual predator recognition mechanisms and alter their mate choice only when a natural predator is present. (c) Finally, experiential effects can play an important role, and prey species may learn to evaluate the motivational state of their predators.}, language = {en} }
