  abstract  = {This open access book presents a topical, comprehensive and differentiated analysis of Germany's public administration and reforms. Es wurden Art und Umfang des Drogenkonsums der Jugendlichen im Alter von 14 bis 18 Jahren, die in der Stadt Potsdam zur Zeit der Befragung wohnhaft waren, untersucht, im besonderem die Lifetime-Pr{\"a}valenz, das Erstkonsumalter, 12-Monatspr{\"a}valenz, Konsumort, sozialer Kontext, Probierbereitschaft, Informationsquellen, Konsumwirkung sowie Probleme mit dem Drogenkonsum etc. Insgesamt kamen 953 Frageb{\"o}gen zur Auswertung. Die enthaltenen Interpretationen dienen der Stadt Potsdam f{\"u}r langfristige Maßnahmen, die Drogenhilfe zu planen und durchzuf{\"u}hren.},
