  abstract  = {In mobile telecommunication networks the trend for an increasing heterogeneity of access networks, the convergence with fixed networks as well as with the Internet are apparent. The resulting future converged network with an expected wide variety of services and a possibly stiff competition between the different market participants as well as legal issues will bring about requirements for charging systems that demand for more flexibility, scalability and efficiency than is available in today's systems. This article surveys recent developments in charging and billing architectures comprising both standardisation work as well as research projects. The second main contribution of this article is a comparison of key features of these developments thus giving a list of essential charging and billing ingredients for tomorrow's communication and service environments.},

  abstract  = {Hauptziel Adipositas ist eine der Hauptindikationen in der Kinder- und Jugend-Rehabilitation. F{\"u}r {\"a}ltere Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene fehlen altersspezifische Therapieangebote fast vollst{\"a}ndig. Ziel war es die W{\"u}nsche bez{\"u}glich der Inhalte und Methoden einer „perfekten Therapie" im Rahmen eines Rehabilitationsaufenthalts zu untersuchen. Methode Im Rahmen der YOUTH-Studie wurden 147 adip{\"o}se Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene beiderlei Geschlechts (zwischen 15 und 21 Jahren) mithilfe eines standardisierten Fragebogens befragt. Ergebnis Insgesamt zeigten sich relativ wenige alters- und geschlechtsspezifische Unterschiede. Interdisziplin{\"a}r geleitete, koedukative Gruppen mit Elterneinbindung wurden gew{\"u}nscht. Wichtige Themen waren gesunde Ern{\"a}hrung sowie psychosoziale Aspekte. Auch der Pr{\"a}vention von R{\"u}ckf{\"a}llen wurde eine hohe Relevanz zugeschrieben. Schlussfolgerung Psychosoziale Aspekte und die Vorbereitung auf m{\"o}gliche R{\"u}ckfallsituationen sollten integraler Bestandteil der Therapie sein.},

  abstract  = {The digital transformation sets new requirements to all classes of enterprise systems in companies. ERP systems in particular, which represent the dominant class of enterprise systems, are struggling to meet the new requirements at all levels of the architecture. Therefore, there is an urgent need to reconsider the overall architecture of the systems and address the root of the related issues. Given that many restrictions ERP pose on their adaptability are related to the standardization of data, the database layer of ERP systems is addressed. Since database serve as the foundation for data storage and retrieval, they limit the flexibility of enterprise systems and the chance to adapt to new requirements accordingly. So far, relational databases are widely used. Using a systematic literature approach, recent requirements for ERP systems were identified. Prominent database approaches were assessed against the 23 requirements identified. The results reveal the strengths and weaknesses of recent database approaches. To this end, the results highlight the demand to combine multiple database approaches to fulfill recent business requirements. From a conceptual point of view, this paper supports the idea of federated databases which are interoperable to fulfill future requirements and support business operation. This research forms the basis for renewal of the current generation of ERP systems and proposes to ERP vendors to use different database concepts in the future.},

  abstract  = {Creativity is a common aspect of business processes and thus needs a proper representation through process modeling notations. However, creative processes constitute highly flexible process elements, as new and unforeseeable outcome is developed. This presents a challenge for modeling languages. Current methods representing creative-intensive work are rather less able to capture creative specifics which are relevant to successfully run and manage these processes. We outline the concept of creative-intensive processes and present an example from a game design process in order to derive critical process aspects relevant for its modeling. Six aspects are detected, with first and foremost: process flexibility, as well as temporal uncertainty, experience, types of creative problems, phases of the creative process and individual criteria. By first analyzing what aspects of creative work modeling notations already cover, we further discuss which modeling extensions need to be developed to better represent creativity within business processes. We argue that a proper representation of creative work would not just improve the management of those processes, but can further enable process actors to more efficiently run these creative processes and adjust them to better fit to the creative needs.},
