N2  - Die praxisorientierte Lehramtsausbildung ist ein Markenkern der Universität Potsdam. Im Laufe ihres Lehramtsstudiums absolvieren Studierende fünf verschiedene Praktika an Schulen bzw. im schulnahen Bereich. Sie sollen entscheidend dazu beitragen, das theoretisch erlernte Wissen mit dem praktischen Handeln zu verbinden und die Studierenden somit auf ihren zukünftigen Beruf vorbereiten. Im Beitrag werden die fünf verschiedenen (Schul-)Praktika an der Universität Potsdam vorgestellt, deren Ziele sowie die derzeitige Organisation der Praktika erläutert. Einleitend wird zudem das Potsdamer Modell der Lehrkräftebildung, welches die Grundlage für die starke Praxisorientierung der Potsdamer Lehrerbildung bildet, zusammengefasst.
N2  - The main focus of the teacher training program at the University of Potsdam is very practice-oriented. During the study course, the pre-service teachers take part in five different school-based internships. The practical teacher training aims to link the theoretical input at the university with the practical work at school, helping the students to prepare for their future role as professional teachers. This paper delivers insight into the aims and the organization of the five school-based internships. It also presents the main ideas of the “Potsdamer Modell der Lehrerbildung” (model of teacher training at the University of Potsdam).
