N2  - In diesem Beitrag wird dargestellt, wie die Methode der sozialen Netzwerkanalyse (SNA) im Rahmen der Projektevaluation des Projekts PSI-Potsdam angewendet und durchgeführt wurde. Mit Hilfe der SNA wurde die Vernetzung zwischen den Projektbeteiligten operationalisiert, quantifiziert und anschließend visualisiert. Darüber hinaus machte die Methode es möglich, das Projekt in seinen Substrukturen zu betrachten. Die Untersuchung umfasste drei Messzeitpunkte (Anfang, Mitte und Ende des Projektes), wodurch auch die Entwicklung des Netzwerks über die Zeit abbildbar war und die Ergebnisse im Sinne einer formativen Evaluation nutzbar wurden. Vorgestellt wird das eigens dafür entwickelte Instrument, die Datengewinnung und -verarbeitung sowie Herausforderungen, die bei der Durchführung auftraten. Auf eine Ergebnisdarstellung wird aufgrund der Deanonymisierungsgefahr der Projektbeteiligten verzichtet.
N2  - This article describes how we applied and implemented Social Network Analysis (SNA) as part of the PSI-Potsdam project evaluation. By means of SNA, the networks between project participants were operationalised, quantified and subsequently visualized. Furthermore, we were able to examine the project in its substructures. The study comprised three measurement points (beginning, middle and end of the project). So, the development of the network could be mapped over time and the results could be used in the sense of a formative evaluation. We will present the instrument, which was especially developed for this purpose, data acquisition and processing as well as the challenges that arose during its implementation. Due to the risk that the project participants would not remain anonymous, the results are not presented.
