N2  - Die Dissertation wird der rechtsstaatlichen Problematik in der Verfassung von Georgien und in der Rechtsprechung des Verfassungsgerichts Georgiens gewidmet und bietet eine umfangreiche Analyse der wichtigsten Rechtsstaatsmerkmale in dieser Hinsicht.  Neben dieser Analyse der früheren und bestehenden Gegebenheiten, prognostiziert sie mittels der perspektivistischen Denkmodele zukünftige Entwicklungen und schlägt eventuelle Lösungswege von Problemen vor. Bei der Arbeit an der Dissertation wurde insbesondere die reiche Erfahrung der deutschen Rechtsstaatsdogmatik in Anspruch genommen.
N2  - This dissertation focuses on the problems regarding the rule of law in the Constitution of Georgia and in the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court of Georgia, and offers an extensive analysis of the most important constitutional features in this regard. Alongside this analysis of the former and current situation, this dissertation predicts future developments using perspective theoretical models and suggests potential approaches to problems. The work on this dissertation drew upon the rich experience of German constitutional dogmatics in particular.
